A deposit of one nights stay must be given at time of reservation.

*  Holiday surcharge applied on the following dates:
May 25, 26, 27; July 3, 4, 5;  August 31; September 1, 2

All rates reflect a 2 adult & 2 child occupancy under 12 years of age

Cancellation policy:  Deposits are non refundable for holiday reservations.  Other reservations may be cancelled and deposits refunded within 72 hours notice prior to scheduled check-in (does not apply to seasonal contracts). 

There will be a $1.00 per hour charge for each hour or part of an hour if you check in before 1:00 pm (Check-in-time) or depart after 11:00 am (Check- out time) Per the discretion of management

Additional charges apply to day visitors ( $1.00 per person per day) overnight visitors ($2.00 per person per day)
